§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what has been the allocation each year since 1976, and the percentage change compared to the previous year, to each of the National Health Service regions under the resources allocation working party formula; and what has been the allowance for the teaching hospitals in each of these years under this formula.
