Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether Greece has advised him of the basis of the recent discussion in Athens between the Minister of Defence of Greece, being one of the guarantor powers, and the Greek Cypriot Minister of Defence for Cyprus.
§ Mr. StanleyIt is not clear to which discussions the hon. Member is referring. We have not received reports of any recent bilateral discussions between Defence Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus and Greece, nor would we necessarily expect to do so.
