Agricultural Commodities (Storage Costs)

Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will bring up to date the information on storage costs of principal agricultural commodities in the European Economic Community given in his written reply dated 20 July 1983, Official Report, c. 133–4.

The information for 1979 to 1982 given in my previous reply remains unchanged. The provisional outturn for 1983 expenditure on public and private storage based on member states' expenditure to 30 November and forecasts for December, is as follows:
