§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now take steps to abolish the women's half-test introduced under section 21(5) of the National Insurance Act 1946 and perpetuated for those women who reached pensionable age before 6 April 1979 by schedule 1 to the Social Security Act 1979, and ensure that such women get full pension entitlement.
