§ Mr. John PattenI understand from the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work (CCETSW), that during the 1982–83 academic year, 5,574 students were enrolled on courses leading to the certificate of qualification in social work (CQSW). A further 2,268 students were enrolled on courses leading to the certificate in social services (CSS).
