asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will reconsider the Welsh Office's refusal to make a grant towards the administrative costs of the Welsh Housing Association Council.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

There has been no such refusal. My right hon. Friend has approved a grant of £3,000 for 1984–85.
