§ Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many prosecutions have ensued in 1983, and in each of the five previous years, for (a) evasion of income tax, (b) evasion of corporation tax, (c) evasion of value added tax and (d) evasion of capital transfer tax; and if he will state in each case the sum of money involved.
