asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will place in the Library a copy of the detailed syllabus of the National Health Service management course held at Harrogate on 25, 26 and 27 November 1983; and if he will make a statement.

The course was designed as a workshop without a syllabus. Students formed syndicates to work on practical issues related to the management of change in their own organisations, with tutorial guidance from the course directors. I have placed copies of the course documents in the Library.
