§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what specific resources are being provided to enable paediatric haemodialysis, transplants, spinal injuries, chorioncarcinoma services and the National Poisons Information Service to continue.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe have allocated the following cash amounts for 1984–85 to the supra-regional units designated for the provision of these services:
Service £ Paediatric haemodialysis and renal transplantation 2,654,000 Spinal injury services 9,892,000 Chorioncarcinoma services 482,000 National Poisons Information Service 183,000 These allocations follow the advice submitted to Ministers by the supra-regional services advisory group. They have been calculated to allow for a 15 per cent. increase in work load for paediatric haemodialysis and transplantation, and for activity in the other services at the same level as in 1983–84.
