§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe building and engineering budget cost for phase 2A of St. George's, approved by our Department in March 1983, at current cost levels is £16.9 million; the estimated total cost of fees is £2.6 million. The revenue costs are calculated to be £13.7 million at March 1982 price levels.
