§ Mr. Weetchasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he has any plans for a discussion between all interested parties on the conclusions reached in Cmnd. 9117 about intellectual property rights and innovation.
§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe Prime Minister has invited written comments in her introduction to Cmnd. 9117 and we hope that there will be a good response. We shall decide in the light of these comments whether discussions should be held.
