§ Mr. WhitneyWe have received this report. I refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend the Member for Brent, North (Dr. Boyson) to the hon. Member for Leyton (Mr. Cohen) on 20 July at columns375–76; since then supplementary benefit has been uprated and the adult scale rates are now 6 per cent. higher in real terms than in November 1978.
