§ Mr. Norman LamontI am pleased to report that negotiations have now been completed and the Department's remaining shareholding of 1 million A and 1.372 million B preference shares in Norton Villiers Triumph Ltd. have been sold to Manganese Bronze Holdings plc for a consideration of £0.375 million.
