§ Mr. Cormack
asked the Lord Privy Seal when it is proposed to implement the recommendations of the Second Report of the Services Committee, 1983–84, dealing with all-party and parliamentary groups.

§ Mr. Biffen
It has not proved practicable to bring the new system into force in time to affect bookings made by all-party and registered groups for the period between Christmas and Easter. Bookings for the period after 553W Easter, which will open when the dates of the Easter adjournment are announced, will be the first to be made under the new system.
