§ Mr. FletcherCosmetics do not have to be licensed for sale in the United Kingdom, but they have to comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulations 1984. I have no knowledge of the product in question, but if the hon. Member would supply me with a sample, together with the reason why he is concerned about it, I will have it analysed.
