§ Mr. ButlerThe technical and industrial feasibility study of the European fighter aircraft is well under way. The industries of the participating countries which are carrying out the studies are required to complete their work in time for officials to submit a report to the five Defence Ministers for their consideration at a meeting next March. It is hoped that the studies will provide an acceptable basis from which to proceed with a collaborative procurement programme.
