If they will make available the finally-adopted text on budgetary discipline and the Council's communication to the European Parliament.

Yes. A copy of the text as adopted by the Foreign Affairs Council on 4th December, together with the text of the President of the Council's letter to the President of the European Parliament, has now been placed in the Library of the House. The budgetary discipline text is unchanged from the Council's common position which was made available on 16th November.
