§ Mr. BrittanMinisters and the officials concerned seek continuously to advance their awareness of race relations matters. To this end they carry out a regular programme of visits to ethnic minority communities and maintain direct contact with many ethnic minority organisations throughout the country. In addition many members of my Department have attended race relations courses and seminars and the subject is also covered in a range of more general training courses provided both internally and externally.
