§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will make a statement on the timing and location of skillcentre closures, skillcentre annex closures and skillcentre staff redundancies necessary to meet the targets of the skillcentre business plan and on the position in each Manpower Services Commission region;
(2) if he will make a statement on his plans to develop the skillcentre network in Britain and, in particular, in London.
