§ Mr. ButlerThe royal ordnance factories at Burghfield and Cardiff are unaffected by plans to privatise the other 49W ROFs. Day-to-day running of both ROF Burghfield and Cardiff, including responsibility for their physical security, will continue to rest with the director, atomic weapons factories.
