§ Mr. Moore[pursuant to his reply, 30 November 1984; c. 606]: As to our intentions, I refer the hon. Member to my reply of 12 November 1984 at column 90. To date about 300 letters have been received, in addition to representations from various trade associations and representative bodies. Almost all have expressed opposition to such a change.
