§ Mr. Patrick JenkinMy Department's main locus in international youth year lies in my responsibilities for sport and the Sports Council. In January, the council is launching a £½ million campaign designed to coincide with international youth year and called "Ever Thought of Sport?" to increase participation in sport amongst the 13 to 24 years age group.
