§ Mr. RaisonThe following projects were approved from the initial grant of £750,000 agreed in November 1983:

The long list of spares and other equipment required by the Water Commission has taken time to clarify and is being processed by the Crown Agents as speedily as possible. Delivery is expected to be spread over 6 months. the spares provided for GRENLEC's No. 6 engine are all delivered. There have been other problems with this engine to do with equipment which did not form part of the aid project. The engine is now expected to be operational next month.
A list of projects has been received from Grenada for the total amount of the £1 million loan signed in May 1984. Two projects have been formally approved. Others have been agreed in principle or are under active consideration. The current status of each project is as follows:
