§ Mr. Wyn RobertsPreliminary proposals for the reorganisation of the employment services in Wales were first put to the staff and trade unions in May as part of the process leading to the draft proposals circulated for comment to all interested parties, including MSC staff representatives, in July this year. The regional convenor of the Civil and Public Services Association has sent to the Department copies of a letter criticising the proposals.
