§ Mr. Peter ReesThe information requested on earn-ings, consumer prices and gross domestic product is published, for the United Kingdom, in the CSO' s economic trends and annual supplements, and, for the United States, in the economic report of the President (1984). Information on money supply can be found, for the United Kingdom, in the Bank of England's statistical abstract and the CSO's financial statistics, and, for the United States, in the successive issues of the economic report of the President.
