§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the Zoological Society of London supplies any animals for experimentation to premises registered under the Cruelty to Animals Act 1876.
§ Mr. MellorThe Cruelty to Animals Act does not place upon the Secretary of State any responsibility for controlling the supply of animals to premises registered for experiments under the Act and my right hon. and learned Friend has no information about the Zoological Society's practice.
