asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether any explanatory notes on the Finance (No. 2) Bill will be made available to hon. Members.

Yes. Notes on those clauses to be taken in Committee of the whole House and on the new Ways and Means resolution have been placed in the Vote Office.
