§ 26. Sir David Priceasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts over what time scale the Government propose to fund the Arts Council.
§ Mr. WaldegraveProvision will be made for the Arts Council within the arts and libraries programme set out in the Government's expenditure plans up to 1986–8716W Cmnd. 9143). These plans are subject to annual review in the usual way. Provision for later years is not yet determined.
