HC Deb 13 April 1984 vol 58 c466W
Mr. Hoyle

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what effect the recent announcement by Wiggins Alloys Ltd. of Hereford that it will manufacture certain of the nickel products in the United States of America will have upon supplies of these alloys in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Norman Lamont

[pursuant to the reply, 12 April 1984]: As I understand the new arrangements I have no reason to expect that they will have any effect upon the availability of supplies of nickel alloy products in the United Kingdom.
