§ Mr. David MitchellNo. I was the guest speaker at a luncheon organised by the Royal Aeronautical Society at the Royal Air Force club on 28 March. Some of those present at the lunch were attending a symposium on urban STOLport operations which took place at a different venue on that day. I did not participate in that symposium, nor did I mention STOLport operations in my speech on that day.
