40. Mr. Allan Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to extend the mutual notification procedures between the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and the Warsaw pact so that cruise convoy exercises are notified to the Warsaw pact.
