§ Mr. HayhoeMaterial publicising the group discount schemes for civil servants was distributed by individual Government Departments in spring 1983. It was for those civil servants who wished to take advantage of one of the schemes to approach one of the companies direct and no record is available centrally of the numbers who have taken up the offer.
