§ Mr. Peter ReesNo. The Government make and publish their expenditure plans primarily in cash, and cost terms information is presented only at aggregate programme level. I refer the hon. Member to the revised and extended version of table 1.14 of the Government's Expenditure Plans 1984–85 to 1986–87, Cmnd. 9143, given in reply to my hon. Friend the member for Mid-Norfolk (Mr. Ryder) on 13 March 1984 at column77 which shows the total housing programme in 1982–83 cost terms.
