§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what briefing his Department is receiving from the Government of Guernsey in relation to the case of Mr. Gerald Gillow, which the United Kingdom Government is now defending before the European Court of Human Rights on behalf of the Government of Guernsey.
