§ Mr. BrookeThe possibility of legislation has been considered but has been ruled out because of the difficulty and high cost of enforcement in covering a wide range of professional, vocational and other qualifications. There are already legal remedies which can be used in certain circumstances, including the Trades Description Act and fraud legislation.
