§ Mr. DunnThe Department does not collect information about careers teaching in schools on a regular64W basis. The latest information is from a survey of secondary school staffing in 1977 when it is estimated that some 7,700 teachers were taking careers lessons in maintained secondary schools. Another survey is planned for early next year.
