§ Mr. Michael Forsythasked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will list the statutory powers under which he is authorised to make payments of any kind to non-Government bodies, the total amount paid under each such statutory power in 1982–83 and the number of staff involved in making such payments;
(2) if he will list the statutory powers under which the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster is authorised to make payments of any kind to non-Government bodies, including individuals, the total amount paid under each such statutory power in 1982–83 and the number of staff involved in making such payments.
