§ Dr. BoysonNo. Although a retirement pension order book is often accepted as a passport to concessions, many pensioners also hold other documents which are equally acceptable and which are more convenient to carry. We do not consider that it is justified to institute additional procedures to provide a service which is already adequately catered for in other ways.
