§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeHC (83) 18 advises health authorities that they must be satisfied with the technical competence of any company invited to tender for cleaning and laundry services, and that continuing supervision of contracts by them is essential to ensure maintenance of standards. Specimen contracts, which set out strict terms and conditions, will be issued shortly to health authorities.
