§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI have given the following approvals for 1983–84. Individual authorities are responsible for making appointments and arranging starting dates.
command and control system is expected to begin its final trials in March 1984 and to come into operational use in June 1984.
The commissioner informs me that, primarily for reasons of security, he does not wish to make the operational requirement or specification widely available. We do not consider, therefore, that it would be right to place these documents in the Library.
