HC Deb 12 May 1983 vol 42 c381W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has had on the parking problem on the A487 road at Penygroes; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. John Stradling Thomas

The Gwynedd county council, which maintains the trunk road through Penygroes as my right hon. Friend's agents, has reported that it has received a few representations, including one from the hon. Member, favouring relaxation of the existing parking restrictions. A substantial car park has been provided recently and there is no need to relax the restrictions.
