Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, pursuant to the answer of 15 March, Official Report, c. 128, he will publish in the Official Report the circumstances under which the Governor of the Bank of England may be disqualified under the Bank of England Charter 1946.
