§ Dr. David Clarkasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when, pursuant to the announcement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 15 March, Official Report, c. 144, the arrangements whereby people under 60 years who have been on incapacity benefits for a year will qualify for the long-term rate of supplementary benefit will come into effect.
§ Mr. NewtonRegulations will be laid before the House to bring the arrangements into effect in the week commencing 21 November 1983.
