§ Mr. YoungerI had already announced that £300,000 would be allocated to the fund in 1983–84. In the light of representations received from the trustees, I have now decided to increase that figure to £500,000 and, in addition, I am making available a further £50,000 in the present financial year. I hope that this increase in the level of funding will enable many more worthwile projects to get under way.
