§ Dr. BoysonNo, apart from attendance by officials as my right hon. Friend's representatives on the Burnham machinery which negotiate teachers' pay. Meetings were 379W held on 15 February, 2 March, 10 March and 16 March. Officials are also present as observers at the meetings of the national joint council for further education, which negotiates conditions of service. My right hon. Friend is not represented on the joint body concerned with conditions of service for primary and secondary teachers.
