At what rate payment is made to prisoners for whom no work is available, having been transferred to a local prison under the provisions of Circular Instruction 10/74.
§ Lord EltonPrisoners who have been transferred from a dispersal prison to a local prison under the provisions of Circular Instruction 10/1974 and for whom no work is available, are paid at a basic rate of £1.10p per week.
