§ Mr. RaisonFinal figures for overseas aid in 1982–83 will not be available for some months, but the latest estimates of expenditure for that year on bilateral aid to African countries are given below. They exclude figures for CDC investment, certain forms of technical cooperation, food aid, disaster and refugee relief and certain pensions payments.
