asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether following the case of Daley v Manpower Services Commission, the Employment Appeal Tribunal has drawn the attention of the Secretary of State for Employment to the fact that young persons engaged on youth training schemes are not protected against racial discrimination and whether he will exercise his powers under Section 13 of the Race Relations Act 1976 to bring those schemes within the scope of Part II of the Act.
