§ 32. Mr. Boothasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a specific provision within the public services obligation grant to British Rail for a sufficient level of investment expenditure to retain a level of orders from British Rail Engineering Ltd. to maintain the existing railway workshop capacity at Shildon, Horwich, Temple Mills and Swindon.
