§ The Prime MinisterNo. The legislation under which the wool guarantee operates does not apply outside the United Kingdom. There would be major practical obstacles to extending the guarantee arrangements to the Falklands. I am not aware of any concern on the part of the Falklanders that their present price fixing and marketing arrangements are disadvantageous compared with those for British wool.
